Rooibos Lavender is a lovely caffeine-free option for evenings. The nutty, sweet rooibos pairs nicely with the airy lavender aroma, and it really does help me wind down. I brew it hot most nights, but it's also good iced with a squeeze of lemon. The 50g bag gives about 25 cups, so it lasts a while. High in antioxidants too. Not overpowering on the lavender, which I appreciate.
