I picked up the Green Chamomile Tea for winding down in the evenings, and it fits that role well. The lemongrass gives it a light fruity note that keeps it from tasting flat, and the chamomile comes through gently. It is low in caffeine, so it works after dinner without keeping me up. I brew it hot and let it steep a few minutes. The 50g bag gives about 25 cups, which feels reasonable. Not the boldest green tea I have tried, but a pleasant, soothing blend.
