I picked up this Limited Release: Mint Matcha and it's become my afternoon go-to. The matcha from Shizuoka Prefecture tastes vibrant and grassy, and the mint from Uttar Pradesh adds a cool, subtle finish without overpowering it. I've mostly made it as a latte with oat milk, which works really well, and it whisks up smooth. Caffeine feels medium, so it doesn't keep me up too late, and I like that it's high in antioxidants. The 25g loose leaf tin is a nice size for trying it out. Only note: the mint is gentle, so if you want a strong mint hit, add a little more.
