I already had Mosi sieves, so this Mug Infuser was the logical next step. It only includes the attachment arm and silicone topper, no sieve, which is clearly stated. It fits both my small and large mugs, and the stay-warm topper plus drip pad keep things tidy. The pour over design works well, and it's dishwasher safe, which I appreciate. If you own the sieves already, this is a handy addition for home or office brewing.
